Refund Policy
At GrowthMetricMedia, we value your trust. Our goal is to deliver results-driven services that satisfy every client. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines when refunds are applicable and how cancellations are handled.
Due to the nature of digital marketing, design, analytics, and content-based services, we do not offer refunds once project work has begun or resources have been allocated.
You may request a refund **only if**:
If approved, refunds will be processed **within 7–10 business days** to the original payment method.
Any advance or booking amount paid to reserve time slots or resources is non-refundable.
If you cancel the project after work has started:
If we need to cancel a project due to situations beyond control (technical issues, unforeseen events), we will offer:
If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 days after project initiation, the project will be considered completed and closed. No refunds will be processed.
If any part of the delivered work has errors or requires adjustments, we provide free revisions based on the plan or agreement. Refunds are not applicable for revision requests.
